Wushan Crispy Plums Delivered to More Than 1,000 Cities Within 24 Hours
On July 6, the Wushan crispy plum season officially started in Chongqing, with 145,000 tons of crispy plums delivered to the market. On the same day, a postal cargo charter flight loaded with crispy plums took off from Wushan Airport and headed for Nanjing. Two high-speed railway dedicated freight trains carrying crispy plums departed respectively for Chongqingbei Railway Station and Chengdudong Railway Station.
With drones, unmanned transfer vehicles and water-based cold-chain transport, a comprehensive three-dimensional logistics system integrating water, land, air, rail and low-altitude unmanned equipment was fully put into operation, enabling fresh fruit to be delivered to more than 1,000 cities across China within 24 hours.
